- The Wellness Center features over 25 strength machines, 46
cardio machines, dumbbells ranging from 1 lb. to 110 lbs.,
handicapped-accessible machines, a commendable free weight area
and an extremely knowledgeable staff. Cardio Theater is also
available and broadcasts through 6 HD televisions and three music
stations. Each member can take advantage of two free orientation
sessions that can be scheduled at the front desk.

The strength training area features machines by STRIVE and Magnum Fitness Systems.
Group fitness classes, personal training, and Highmark nutrition consultations are also available through the Wellness Department.
