RED CROSS LIFEGUARDING CLASS
YMCA Members: $200.00 - Non-Members: $250.00
This Red Cross lifeguard training course prepares individuals to assume the duties and responsibilities of lifeguards, to keep swimmers safe in and out of the water and to save the life of another person in the event of an emergency.
Participants must be 15 years of age or older. Class is 40 hours. Please contact the Aquatics Department at 273-2691 for class schedules.

CPR AND FIRST AID TRAINING
CPR - Adult, Child, and Infant with AED
This course trains students to recognize and provide basic care for adults and children by using the latest CPR techniques along with hands-on training on how to properly use the AED if shock treatment is needed for cardiac arrest. $45.00 per person. Minimum 4, Maximum 8. Sept. 20: 10:00 am-3:00 pm
CPR - Adult, Child, and Infant with AED Challenge
Students will demonstrate First Aid & CPR and the AED techniques. This course is made available for those persons whose current certifications are going to expire. No training is given during this course. Exams only. $30.00 per person without a book or $38.00 per person with a reference book. First Aid
This course trains students to become familiar with how to recognize and care for victims of illness and sudden injuries, and to overcome reluctance to act in emergency situations. $35.00 per person. Minimum 4, Maximum 12. Please call for class schedule.

A 30-minute workout where you dash station to station while performing water challenges. Tues., Thurs. 5:30 am
WATER WALKING
A 30-minute shallow water low impact workout. Movement in the water is focusing on balance and endurance. Tues., Thurs. 12:30 pm; Fri. 9:30 am
ARTHRITIS EASE
A specially designed program for individuals with arthritis and other limitations. Exercises are done with the Arthritis Foundation guidelines.
