BOOT CAMP: Come prepared to “be all that you can be.” This military style class is sure to jump start your day and take your fitness to the next level. Intervals, pushups, running, kickboxing, agility drills, sit ups and much more! 60 min. This class is held in Gym C.
CIRCUIT TRAINING: A circuit workout combining cardio & strength. 45 min.
CYCLE: A cardio workout without a lot of impact. Riders will use various cycling techniques, from hill climbing and sprinting to pedaling at different tensions. Beginners can modify easily. *The number beside Cycle indicates the length of the class – 30, 40, 45 or 60 minutes “+ABS” indicates an AB workout after the Cycle class.
CYCLE FUSION: A fusion of Cycle and Ultimate Challenge for the advanced participant. Intervals of Cycle and bodyweight/plyometric exercises. 60 min.
HULA HOOP: A unique and fun cardio workout using the hula hoop! 45 min.
JUST MOVE: A perfect class for beginners that combines cardio, strength training and stretching. 45 min.
LIGHTWEIGHTS: A great class for beginners and active seniors! A 20-minute low impact cardio workout followed by a strength workout targeting each muscle group. 60 min.
PILATES MAT: A popular mat exercise class that focuses on creating a super strong CORE, overall body toning without bulk & improved flexibility. 45 min. (Saturday class – 60 min.)
POWERMIX: Power it is!! An awesome mix of Zumba, Step and Strength Training. 60 min.
PUMP EXTREME: Bars, bands and dumbbells to pump muscles to their max. 60 min.
SILVER AND FIT: This class is designed for our senior participants and beginners. Easy to follow aerobic movements, plus strength and balance. Many of the moves are done from a chair! 60 min.
SIMPLY YOGA: Work the body from the inside out, focusing on exercises that demand stability & strength. Explore relaxation & gentle yoga practices to improve concentration, strength & flexibility. 60 min.
STEP BLAST: Intense and challenging cardio workout for the experienced stepper. 45 min.
STRETCH PLUS: Move through a variety of exercises to increase muscle strength & range of motion. 45 min.
TAI-CHI: A gentle physical exercise designed to reduce stress, increase flexibility & balance and improve agility, strength and stamina. 45 min.
TURBO KICK: Easy to follow combinations with bouts of intense intervals set to the hottest music. 60 min.
ULTIMATE CHALLENGE: An intense cardio workout that includes bouts of bodyweight exercises and plyometrics, while still keeping your heart rate elevated. This class is designed for the advanced participant! 60 min.
YOGADANCE: A movement based class that combines cardio, stretching and relaxation. Perfect for all fitness levels, especially seniors and beginners. 60 min.
YOGA EXPRESS: A 30-minute yoga class focusing on relaxation. A perfect way to reduce stress and rejuvenate over your lunch hour. A great class for seniors and the beginning participant. 30 min.
ZUMBA: Fun, high energy Latin inspired dance fitness class. 45 or 60 min.
ZUMBATOMIC: A Zumba fitness class specifically for kids ages 5-13 years old! 30 min.
ZUMBA GOLD: Zumba for our senior or beginning participant. This class is taught at a lower intensity, not as fast as our Zumba classes but certainly as much fun! 45 min.
